A LinkedIn Training Programme for Warrantywise

The Challenge

Warrantywise wanted to turn LinkedIn from a “nice-to-have” platform into a business-generating channel.
Their sales and marketing team were already active online, but they felt that there was an opportunity to 

lead the way in engaging their target audiences on LinkedIn.

They didn’t need another “LinkedIn 101” session. They needed something practical, relevant and tailored to shift behaviour quickly.

The solution

I designed a hands-on, one-day workshop for the sales and marketing team. We stripped LinkedIn back to what really works:
✅ How to find and add the right people.
✅ How to comment strategically to start conversations.
✅ How to make your network work for you, rather than just sit there.


Then came the differentiator: a 4-week follow-up programme designed to apply the learning and maintain momentum.

Each week we tracked actions, measured impact and shared wins.


The result? Everyone went from liking the odd post and “posting when I remember to” to consistent, confident activity that sparked real opportunities.

The impact

Within four weeks:


  • Confirmed connection requests and comment engagement increased significantly across the team.
  • Key team members built new relationships with partners, resellers and industry influencers.
  • Several participants generated direct sales conversations from the tactics and approaches they learned.
  • Most importantly, the team built habits that stuck.
     

This wasn’t about vanity metrics. It was about turning LinkedIn into a key channel for repeatable sales conversations, brand awareness and marketing rhythm.
