Both Society1 and Regus Preston Docklands wanted to bring their business communities closer together — not just in the same building, but in the same conversation. Members were active on LinkedIn but struggled with the how:
How do I find the right people? What should I actually comment? How do I post without feeling cringey or forced?
They didn’t want another typical social media talk. They wanted clarity, confidence and real connection.

I ran a series of in-person LinkedIn workshops that flipped the usual approach on its head. No jargon. No “10 tips to boost your profile.”
Instead, we focused on:
✅ How to find and connect with people who actually matter.
✅ How to comment with purpose and spark real conversations.
✅ How to use LinkedIn’s rhythm (adding, commenting, posting) like two pedals on a bike.
Each session was hands-on, interactive and practical. Attendees worked on their own profiles, sent real connection requests, and left with immediate next steps.

Members of both coworking spaces saw lasting benefits. Not just in how they used LinkedIn, but in how they approached business development altogether.
The sessions created a genuine mindset shift. LinkedIn stopped being a place to scroll and started becoming a tool for building visibility, relationships, and opportunities.
Attendees began to show up more consistently, comment with intent and connect with purpose. Over time, this translated into new introductions, collaborations and client leads — all driven by the simple act of showing up slightly differently online.
When LinkedIn becomes practical and personal, people use it.
These sessions proved that even busy professionals can build meaningful momentum online, when the training cuts the fluff and focuses on what actually works.

"We ran the workshop to give our members the confidence to use LinkedIn in a way that feels authentic. Rather than worrying about what to post, they’re now building real conversations and connections that strengthen their networks."

"What impressed me most was how practical the sessions were. People left not just inspired, but with clear actions they could apply straight away. We’ve already seen new collaborations come out of the session."
It’s part strategy, part habit change and 100% practical.
Run in person or online, with results that stick.
